ABOUT US

Aladin’s Collection grew out of my lifelong passion for jewellery and has been many years in the making. I have always been interested in jewellery, but found shopping for it on the high street a frustrating experience. Items were either too expensive, or not unusual enough to stand out. I found the occasional piece that I liked, but wanted a bigger selection to choose from. Frustrated by these experiences, I established Aladin’s Collection and set about selling beautiful, affordable jewellery.

I knew that I’d need to travel abroad to find the variety I was looking for, and in 2005 I went to Bangkok to visit an international jewellery fair. Much of the jewellery on sale in the UK comes from Asia, America and the Far East. These areas have rich mineral resources and a culture of jewellery-making that goes back many thousands of years. I was very excited by what I found, and established links with suppliers who I continue to buy from.

I regularly go to jewellery fairs to track down exciting new pieces, and plan to visit India and Mexico soon. My mission is to find the best quality jewellery and make it available to customers in the UK. If you share my passion for good value and great design, you need look no further!
